Nadia was amazing! I had a very specific issue with my right leg and lower back and she addressed it very professionally. Afterwards, she gave me tips on how to foam roll to help with tightness before and after workouts. I'll definitely be coming back.

Nadia did an amazing job listening to my areas of concern and discomfort prior to the massage. She then focused exactly where I was having pain. She even gave me some exercises and stretches to help!

Nadia really listens and creates a calming space, I always leave the session freed from the tension & pain I arrived with. In the days that follow my sessions, I don't need as much hydration to keep me from POTS dizziness and weakness, so I'm being proactive & scheduling with her weekly for wellness.

If you’re looking for a great massage, go see Nadia! Her space is tucked inside a welcoming co-working space, so the whole experience feels relaxed and easy from the second you walk in. Nadia is amazing at what she does... she knows exactly where you’re holding tension and works it out without it ever feeling rushed or too intense. You leave feeling so much better than when you walked in! It’s the perfect little local gem. Highly recommend checking her out if you need to unwind or just treat yourself!

Nadia’s expertise within the industry is phenomenal. Her massage technique has helped my body so much considering I am sitting down all day for work. I’ve had many massages over the years from many places but never consistent until I started going to her. I now understand why she is voted Raleigh’s Best. Nadia is extremely good at what she does. I live with chronic pain, muscle spasms, & stiffness due to a genetic disease and I felt so much relief after trigger point therapy with Nadia. I am looking forward to returning in the future.
