Nadia is extremely good at what she does. I live with chronic pain, muscle spasms, & stiffness due to a genetic disease and I felt so much relief after trigger point therapy with Nadia. I am looking forward to returning in the future.

Nadia’s technique is intuitive effective and thorough. She will find knots you didn’t know you had and leave you feeling better for weeks after your appointment. Nothing else I do relieves my reoccurring shoulder pain as thoroughly or for a longer duration than Nadia’s deep tissue massage.
