My work in massage began with an interest in psychology, spirituality, and a love of travel. I embarked on a path of healing and wellness in my twenties and received my Masters in Counseling Psychology at the Institute of Transpersonal Psychology in Palo Alto, CA. I also graduated from Monterey Institute of Touch in Carmel, CA where I received a diverse training in various massage modalities.

My goal is to provide a healing space for my clients to fully relax and let go of holding patterns, increase circulation, feel nurtured, and allow their nervous system to reset.

I don’t believe pain is required for a massage to be effective or a muscle to be released. I stay within each client's window of tolerance in order to deliver a massage that feels good and meets their individual needs.   

I have a deep appreciation for the mind, body, spirit connection and bring a holistic approach to all of my sessions.
