Jessica graduated from Body Therapy Institute in 2008, and has found joy in assisting her clients as they discover awareness of their bodies and the extensive benefits of massage therapy. She believes that massage is not only the act of relieving muscle aches and pains, but also a key to a peaceful mind and spirit.

In her sessions as a professional massage therapist, Jessica's goal is to create a session for her clients that will assist them with their unique needs. She views her sessions as an opportunity to create a safe and comforting environment where she and her clients may work together to promote well being on every level.

She is certified in Swedish and Myofascial massage therapy,  Hot Stone Therapy, Bamboo Fusion and Ashiatsu Oriental Bar Therapy, Medi-Cupping and is a Reiki Level II Practitioner. ​In 2020, she added Lypossage to her modalities to help reduce and smooth the appearance of cellulite.

Went in with lower back pain. Jessica did an amazing assessment and then went to work. I feel sooo much better today! Would highly recoomend.

Jessica was able to squeeze in way more than I expected possible in 60 minutes including full upper and lower body deep tissue massage plus cupping on upper back. She perfectly addressed everything I mentioned in the pre-massage review.
