My background is in medicine and holistic healing. For ten years I learned from some of the finest medical Doctors, Naturopaths, Acupuncturists, and several different types of healers in an Integrative Medical Healing center. In addition, I spent many years as a Doula, being fascinated by the wonder and beauty of life.These experiences yielded the opportunity for incredible growth, and were the catalyst to where I am today.

I realize how important this life is and how important it is to spend our time in this body wisely. I realized that there was a limit to what modern medicine could do and I wanted to explore more options. I am always striving to understand the mind body connection and ways to strengthen and heal that relationship. It is my wish to make a positive difference in the lives of each and every person I work with.

As a licensed massage therapist for over 6 years, I specialize in Cupping Massage Techniques, Swedish, Deep Tissue, Hot Stone and Prenatal. In addition, I’ve studied holistic nutrition and have a solid understanding of the role that diet plays on our overall health.
