Krystal was very friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive to my needs. I really enjoyed the massage and the stretching techniques. The only negative I would mention is that her hands seemed a bit shaky at times throughout the massage, which made it difficult to relax fully.

Krystal is thorough and professional. She asks what your needs are prior to beginning your session and communicates with you during your session to make sure those needs are being met. She will also let you know if she finds something that may need tending to. And If you want to chat during session she is very easy to talk to.
