Megan graduated from the Massage Therapy Program at Lake Superior College in Duluth, Minnesota. Her studies included deep tissue therapy, somatic therapy, postural analysis, manual lymph therapy, prenatal massage, myofascial release, trigger point release, and traditional Swedish relaxation massage. Megan graduated from the Massage Therapy Program at Lake Superior College in Duluth, Minnesota. Her studies included deep tissue therapy, somatic therapy, postural analysis, manual lymph therapy, prenatal massage, myofascial release, trigger point release, and traditional Swedish relaxation massage. Megan is alsuo a certified yoga teacher, having completed 200 hours of study in the jungle of Costa Rica at the Hari-om yoga school in 2014. Megan has a teenage son, two lazy Olde English bulldogges, a toilet-trained snowshoe cat, and a giant angora rabbit that rules the house. She is also known to keep bees and chickens, just not at this time. Basket weaving, knitting, and other crafts fill her free time.

Megan was amazing! I went with the feeling that I had broken a bone in my pelvic/hip area after running a half marathon and after talking through my symptoms for over 20 minutes, Megan did a Psoas Muscle release technique that had me feeling nearly 95% better by the time I walked out of there and 100% better by the next day. I would strongly recommend her and am sad so see she is moving away for a while. Hope to see her re-establish her business in Duluth when she's back! Thanks, Megan!
