As a graduate of Inspirit Institute I now have the opportunity to provide massage therapy and bodywork services from my location within Asbury Family Chiropractic. I am honored to share this space with other wellness professionals, as we seek to help our clients improve the quality of their life.

Complements Massage is derived from the belief that no matter what form of 'medicine' you practice or follow, such as Traditional Chinese Medicine, Western Medicine, Chiropractic, the Native American Medicine Wheel or others, that services provided are complementary to your lifestyle and are non-judgemental, embracing the uniqueness of each individual.

My journey to this point has proved very rewarding and that is why I maintain a desire to continue progressing through learning various styles of massage & bodywork. This allows each client the opportunity to design their own sessions using the modalities they feel are most beneficial or effective for their needs and comfort level. 

It is my sincere hope that I can encourage others to participate in receiving a variety of different forms of massage and bodywork, and I am ready to help you discover what may be, the oldest form of healing.

I have been to various massage therapists here and there. She is by far the best one I have been to. She heard and understood my needs, she was quiet during my massage, and her massaging skills was amazing/relaxing! I really look forward for my next massage!
