I am passionate about helping people and want to give back to my community.  Massage therapy has always been part of my life and I am convinced that a healing touch can help patients in almost any circumstance.  I am licensed in massage therapy and certified in Deep Tissue, Sports, Trigger Point, Pregnancy, Hot Stone, and Oncology massage. I work with patients of all ages; those who are post-surgery, have injuries or have chronic illnesses. Ph.D., Anthropology

I earned a Ph.D. in Cultural Anthropology in 2002. I have worked with different cultures around the world for over 25 years on language and cultural recovery projects. These cultures include Native Americans in the U.S., the Maya in Mexico, cultures in Nicaragua and Brazil and also West Africa. I have a good cross cultural understanding of chronic conditions and stress that people experience in all walks of life and how massage can help.

Sharon is very knowledgeable and professional. She found the trigger points for my back pain and I felt wonderful after her massage.
