Hi! My name is Lisa, and I have been a licensed massage therapist in Illinois since 2014. I graduated from The Utah College of Massage Therapy where I studied many modalities, including Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, reflexology and many others. I am a member of the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA), and I have spent the last 8 years gaining valuable on the job experience working for Massage Envy. I am excited to venture out on my own to fulfill my dreams of being a business owner. 

My goal is to help improve the quality of people's lives through the various techniques massage therapy has to offer. Research shows that regular massage therapy can have a positive impact on your life. Massage therapy has many proven benefits, from helping to reduce stress, anxiety and depression, to increasing circulation and lowering your blood pressure and heart rate. Getting regular massages can also help to ease chronic pain, improve range of motion and improve your quality of sleep. 

With the various challenges that arise in daily life, I believe everyone needs regular massages in their life. I like to use a customized approach for each one of my clients. Since every BODY is different, I allow my hands to guide me to the areas that need more focus, while also giving you a relaxing and healing experience with a range of light to deep pressure. My intention is always with infinite love and gratitude. I am committed to helping myself and others find the best place to be–physically, emotionally and mentally.
