I am a 2009 graduate of Academy and Bodywork in Bear, De. In the years since, I have had the great fortune to work with chiropractic patients, pain management patients and spa clients.  I have believed in the benefits of massage therapy since I was a teenager, using it to treat my on chronic pain and migraines. 


I specialize in deep tissue and active assisted techniques as well as active assisted stretching. I have some cranial sacral education. I use and am educated in warm stones and cupping...

I firmly believe that the first step in rehabilitation should be massage therapy. 

I became certified as a Level II Reiki Practitioner is 2019. I have found that meditation and Reiki is the best approach I use for assisting with my anxiety and depression. It is my honor and passion to assist others with their healing through the use of energy work. I truly believe this is an amazing and wonderful healing tool.
