Reiki is a form of energy healing that emerged in Japan in the late 1800s. "Rei" translates to Universal life and "Ki" means energy. Reiki is the life force energy that flows through all living things, when your "Ki" energy is strong and free flowing you normally feel and represent a positive state of health. On the contrary, when this energy is weakened or blocked it can lead to symptoms of a physical or emotional imbalance. The goal of a Reiki session is to promote relaxation, and ease stress to help support the bodies natural ability to facilitate healing. I am Reiki 2 attuned through Inspirit Studios and I am planning to continue into my Reiki Master training in 2019. I use an intuitive approach to help address any energetic issues to assist you into a place of peace.

I teach restorative and vinyasa style yoga at Shakti Yoga LLC and also take on private clients by appointment to help you break down the practice. I do truly believe we all have the innate ability to heal by working our mind, physical body and spirit as one unit. I look forward to assist you onto your individual path of healing through the benefits of massage therapy, reiki and yoga!
