As a sports massage specialist I have been part of the Puerto Rico National Swimming team for locals and international competitions and multiple wellness services. I challenge myself to actively keep learning and currently offer a variety of techniques to meet each individual's needs. From sports injuries and rehab or just mind and body relaxation, I can work with your body to get you feeling in balance again.
