For those of you that I haven't crossed paths with yet, I'm Em!

My training in Eastern & Western modalities of Massage Therapy and Asian Bodywork was established at the Pacific College of Oriental Medicine in the heart of downtown Chicago, IL. 

I also hold a Bachelor’s of Science from Western Illinois University where my focus was Exercise Science and Psychology.

I remain a student of my profession by pursuing additional skills, advanced techniques, & certifications in the field of Massage Therapy, as well as Exercise Science, forever learning!

I strongly believe in developing a specific sort of self awareness that can easily be forgotten with all that we must carry these days. I will utilize my skills to assist each individual in a process of reconnecting to their own body-mind-spirt energy so that they are able to access this self awareness.

My approach is holistic & integrates both Eastern & Western modalities of Massage Therapy and Asian Bodywork. This includes, but is not limited to, Circulatory Massage, Clinical Massage, Tui Na (Chinese Medical Massage), Shiatsu Floor Work, Thai Massage, Cupping, & Gua Sha. During sessions I guide clients into relaxation and encourage focus on communication, breath work, & provide take home self-care techniques & movement education. Special intention is focused on providing an individualized, effective & therapeutic treatment to facilitate the client in their own healing process.
