I find great joy in helping people reach their health goals through a multi-modality approach administering massage, Reiki and the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda, the world's oldest natural healing system.  I have been practicing massage therapy since 1996. As a massage therapist, I have worked in a variety of clinical settings, spa settings, and private offices.  I have helped clients achieve amazing results with massage therapy, holistic approach to diet, lifestyle, stress reduction, and relief of chronic pain. I've witnessed hospitalized patients respond quickly to relaxation techniques and I have worked with a diverse client base.  I am very interested in sharing knowledge, skills, and education to improve quality of life for cancer patients.  I am especially interested in any work that promotes complementary and alternative medicine in clinical settings, advocates for holistic approach to health, teaches benefits of Ayurveda, Massage Therapy and Reiki to enhance professionalism in this rewarding field.            

For my clients I offer individualized sessions, tailored to meet the unique needs of each person.   I create special blends of essential oils for each person and assist clients with weight loss, relaxation, and general well-being.  I am certified in oncology massage and help clients achieve greater quality of life through massage therapy and stress management. 

I continue to learn as much as I can to practice safe, effective techniques.  I look forward to sharing self-care techniques and empowering each client to reach optimal health through Ayurveda, Massage and Reiki.
