Stephanie completed a very thorough, yet rewarding, 900-hour Massage Therapy program at MTIC (Massage Therapy Institute of Colorado). She has been trained in using many different massage therapy modalities including swedish massage, JROM (Joint Range of Motion), Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular Therapy, Hot Stone, Cold Stone Migraine Relief, Myofasical release, Fischer Pelvic Balancing, Chair Massage, Energy Work, Prenatal Massage, Acupressure, Thai Massage, Cranio Sacral, Sports Massage, Motion Palpation.

(This review is for the 90 minute CBD Infused Massage) Stephanie was very in-depth and effective with all my sore spots from a long work week, consisting mostly my shoulders, back, and legs. By the end of the day I felt lighter, nearly all my soreness gone, and had one of the best sleep nights I've had in a long, long time. The process of working the muscles can be a little uncomfortable at times in my opinion but the result is totally worth it. I took one star off the Ambiance because the music didn't do much for me. I didn't hear it half the time anyways because I was too busy enjoying the massage! Overall the massage therapist was incredible and gave me exactly what I needed. I'll be coming back for future sessions when I really need some muscle work! Thanks again, Stephanie!
