If I could give 10 5-star ratings for professionalism I would. Japan is personable and professional at all times. Trust her with your locks. She is efficient with retightening. She advises on care, she lets you know exactly what is happening with your locks whether things are looking good or she needs you to change something. I trust her implicitly with my locks.
