Tearria “Tea” Ruffin was born in St. Louis, Mo.  Environmental stress from work and the stress of her health sent her on a mission to find new alternatives that helped reduce the symptoms and helped her create a more peaceful, balanced life. Tearria “Tea” Ruffin was born in St. Louis, Mo.  Environmental stress from work and the stress of her health sent her on a mission to find new alternatives that helped reduce the symptoms and helped her create a more peaceful, balanced life. She began with classes for transcendental meditation, reiki, and crystal therapy. She was drawn to energetic healing and how it made her feel. She later transitioned into alternative medicine, acupuncture, and massage. It was during this time she was determined to help others and transition into a career where she felt that she could make a difference.

Tea attended and graduated from the Healing Arts Center in 2015. She is trained in the following modalities and techniques: Swedish, deep tissue, myofascial release and sports, trigger point, prenatal, hot stone, acupressure, Soma Veda Thai Yoga Therapy, reflexology, Jikiden reiki, crystal therapy and several other energy healing techniques. She is currently a student at Logan University. Tea is still on a path to creating a healthy life for herself and others. She celebrates little improvements by taking one day at a time and practicing gratitude. Tea believes that massage is more than a pampering experience; massage helps to improve your quality of life!
