Stephanie was great! I left feeling lighter and with more range of motion in my shoulders and neck. Because of that I felt like I could concentrate on the rest of my day.

Excellent experience. Did not realize the stress buildup in my back and Stephanie isolated them and worked them out. Highly recommend.
