Along with 500 hours of core curriculum, my elective coursework included deep tissue, aromatherapy, reflexology, lymphatic drainage, hydrotherapy, bamboo massage, rebalancing, infant massage, and European and Asian spa specialties. I have since continued training in hot stone therapy, prenatal and sports massage. I look forward to adding more modalities soon! I am also First Aid and CPR certified and have been previously licensed in Overland Park, KS and Missouri. Prior to starting my career in massage therapy, I obtained my Bachelor of Liberal Studies from Iowa State University in 2006.

Along with massage, I am passionate about practicing and teaching yoga, I obtained my RYT 200 in 2015 for Power Yoga from Core Energy in Overland Park, KS. I also enjoy reading, traveling, live music, and spending time with my husband and our two daughters, extended family and friends.
