Most clients come to me with neck and shoulder issues.  I am known for trigger point work to help ease migraines and the techniques I've learned in orthopedic massage courses for shoulder issues such as frozen shoulder.  I've also had training in oncology massage to help ease pain and relax the stress away.  
In the last few years that I've been practicing, in both clinical and spa environments, I've found that massage can help anything from anxiety and depression, to improving movement after serious injury.  The most important part however is not just the bodywork, but how you feel when you're on the table.  There is no pride, no judgment, and no expectations.  I am here to serve you and help you to improve your life.

I feel like Charity really knows how to treat the places on my body that need attention. And she notices things without my telling her. She is very knowledgeable about the body and muscles, etc. I feel sooo good when I leave!
