I am a Licensed Massage Therapist at Helping Hands Massage Therapy. I offer a multitude of modalities and techniques to help facilitate increased health, healing and wellness.  It is my belief that therapeutic massage is preventative maintenance, and beneficial for your long term health care goals. Now, a bit about me, your Therapist. I am a 2017 graduate of the Colorado School of Healing Arts, a fantastic program that has afforded me the ability to learn everything I can about massage therapy, as well as doing what I love, which is helping those in need of relaxation and relief care from musculoskeletal ailments. I have also attended the Denver School of Massage Therapy and received additional training in a number of modalities. Swedish, Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular, Myofascial, Sports, Body Centered Therapy, and Prenatal massage are just a few of the modalities I offer, and coupled with some helpful and focused techniques, I can assist with a number of issues that may have presented themselves.  I look forward to meeting, working with, and helping to facilitate your healing, health and wellness!

Tiffany is an excellent massage therapist and really helped me with a relaxing massage this week. She is also very good with deep tissue massage to work out my sore and tight muscles.

I hadn't had a massage in a long time so was a little apprehensive but Tiffany was AMAZING with everything she did and said. I was a limp noodle afterwards and already have another appt made to do it again!

I enjoyed my first massage. Tiffany took the time to listen to my concerns and work on the areas that were really bothering me. She was very professional and made me feel comfortable. I left there feeling so much better than when I came in. I will definitely be going back.
