Liz earned her massage certificate from the Massage Therapy Institute of Colorado where she graduated with honors and completed a 900hr program focused on structural and therapeutic massage.

Some of the massage disciplines Liz integrates to craft a treatment include joint range of motion, neuromuscular therapy, myofascial release, and deep tissue techniques. Additionally, Liz has studied with the Upledger Institute and practices craniosacral therapy and somato-emotional release (SER). Craniosacral therapy is a very gentle, manual therapy that works directly with the nervous system to release tension and restriction within the body. SER is a kind of craniosacral therapy that works specifically with releasing emotional trauma stored in the body’s tissue memory. Both craniosacral therapy and SER offer the body space to recalibrate and find improved balance and overall system functioning. Some conditions indicated for craniosacral therapy include migraines, chronic neck and back pain, whiplash, TMJD, anxiety, learning disabilities, and physical or emotional trauma.

In your session with Liz you can expect to receive therapeutic, intuitive, and tailored treatments specific to your needs. The direction of treatment will be determined the day of your session based on her accumulated training and experience working with the body.
