Currently residing in Denver Colorado, Laura Koznarek is deeply rooted in the healing arts community. She has focused training in Swedish, deep tissue, and NMT/ Trigger point massage techniques. She also enjoys using joint range of motion, hot stone techniques to focus on the whole body. Laura works to assist her clients in relieving stress-related tension, reducing chronic pain and correcting musculoskeletal dysfunction. 

I believe therapeutic massage enhances the health and well-being of one’s mind, body and spirit. Deeply committed to listening to my client’s needs and addressing them in the most effective and efficient way. I strive to keep kindness and compassion in my everyday practice. I am committed to my personal growth and continuing education as a massage therapist. Laura also has a passion for teaching massage and offers classes at MTIC. She teaches raindrop therapy, hot stone NMT, cold stone migraine massage, geriatric massage, and various spa treatments.
