Kellen uses a modality that incorporates elements of Thai stretching, acupressure, deep tissue, and Swedish massage. He is hands down one of the most talented massage therapist I have ever had.

I have chronic pain from a L5/S1 injury that I had in 2021. Although I have worked extensively on the area to strengthen it I continue to have pain. Kellen is really knowledgeable and I trusted his abilities to understand and communicate some things about my body that I was less aware of. The lingering pain was not housed where I thought it was and Kellen was able to target that it had moved up my spine. Also, I'm grateful that he brought my tendency for shallow breathing to my attention. I'll be back!
