Absolutely amazing experience with Kate! I was in serious pain with extreme muscle spasms in my neck, shoulder, and back and she was kind enough to get me in last minute. From the moment I walked in, she was warm, professional, and attentive to my needs. She took the time to really listen and understand where I was hurting, and her technique was both therapeutic and incredibly effective. I walked out feeling so much relief and with noticeably less tension in my body. Kate is truly gifted at what she does. I can’t thank her enough and will definitely be back. Highly recommend!

Kate was an excellent masseuse! She listened to my pre-massage body issues and focused in on those areas during the massage. She continued to check in on me during the massage, and tailored the massage to specific areas of my body she found during the massage that needed extra attention.
