As a yoga teacher and an acro yoga teacher and a Thai Massage practitioner, I’m delighted and humbled to be working with Su and the crew at Sabai Thai 1 and Aiya at Sabai Thai 2 (also known as the Race Street and Acoma Street locations)! I’ve studied bodywork in Thailand and Laos and Denver and Colombia and massaged in Antarctica and Mexico and Alaska and Pennsylvania, and I just keep loving it more and more. My massages are influenced by a bunch of stuff, including the restorative yoga concept of shifting ourselves out of the fight or flight mode that most of us operate in most of the time, and into the rest and digest mode, as well as the acro yoga concept of therapeutic flying.
