I am a licensed massage therapist who specializes in integrative neuromuscular therapy. I have a passion for working with people who desire a healthy mind and body. I am a graduate of and ambassador for the prestigious Berkana Institute of Massage Therapy in Denver where I learned a wide variety of bodywork modalities as well as how to infuse my work with presence and art. I enjoy working with massage therapy students as they explore personal goals, communication skills, ethics, and psychology of touch. After working as a elementary school teacher in Colorado, Germany, Singapore, and the Czech Republic for nineteen years, I embarked on a new journey in the world of bodywork. Massage therapy offers me an opportunity to bring together my desire to help people with my lifelong pursuit of a balanced life. I bring my deep understanding of teaching, daily meditation, and a 16-year yoga journey to my massage practice. I look forward to working with you on your journey toward mental and physical balance.
