I specialize in a wide range of therapeutic modalities each adding a unique element to a treatment designed just for you. While each treatment is designed around your specific needs; stress management, injury prevention & recovery, as well as improving your strength in posture and movement are addressed in each session. I offer self care suggestions unique to your needs that will support the lasting effects of each session. Authentic human connection and therapeutic change are at the heart of this work. 

I feel so passionate about the process of self discovery and the helpfulness of massage therapy. Each of us are here to walk our own unique path. Nobody else can do my work for me, and nobody else can do your work for you. We can however, do our work along side each other and share our knowledge and helpfulness along the way. 

I believe that when we do the work to help heal ourselves, we help to heal those around us, and visa versa. The work that we do does extend beyond us and into our communities. Take part in how you touch all that is around you.

Jared is one of the most compassionate, knowledgeable and embodied body workers I've ever worked with. He deeply cares and practices in a trauma informed, collaborative way that really instills a lot of trust. The integration/movement education he offers is really helpful and I've found sessions with him to be so supportive of me wherever I'm at.

I left my 90 minutes with Jared feeling relaxed and calm, as well as knowledge of a few new movement tricks to ease my back issues. He weaved an array of modalities into his work and showed an interest in how I experienced my body as well as his depth of touch. His manner was completely professional while personally warm. I’ve worked with Jaren for nearly 10 months after an overuse injury left me unable to trail run—or even sit or stand comfortably. Jared is amazing with his skill set and hands. After my first session with him, I was seeing vivid colors and feeling lighter after being in extreme pain for over a month. I would recommend him to anyone who needs nervous system regulation, or just healing for the body. He is a safe place to heal. That’s hard to find. He shows deep compassion and empathy. I sure am grateful to have him in my life.

Amazing massages! My wife and I left Sage Works feeling like new humans. Jared did not approach our massage as a checklist of sections to cover. Instead, Jared intentionally adapted the massage according to what we needed. Incredible human, super knowledgeable and professional, and awesome vibes. All in all excellent 🙃.
