Hi, my name is Jarda and this is my story...
Since I was a kid, growing up in post-communistic Czechoslovakia in an incomplete family, I was always exposed to what I consider one of the most important things in life.... “ The Loving Touch”
As any young boy, I was always involved in many activities that often resulted in some kind of injury or physical trauma. I soon learned that ANY pain can be eased and perhaps eliminated by the act of loving kindness and loving touch. I also remember often escaping to nature where I first learned how to take a “Deep Breath!” and how to re-connect with “Oneself.”
It didn’t take me long to realize that this is the most important thing for me to do! However I was still growing up... Taking guided meditation classes in English language, listening to many teachings of eastern philosophy and spiritual development. Trying to find answers to my questions. From that point on I was determined to find all the spiritual truths and was ready to pursue them wherever they would take me.
In 2008 I was living in England when I spontaneously took a Swedish massage and Sports massage therapy class. This class reignited the feelings I felt as a child; that power of healing and oneness we all ultimately seek.
These massage techniques allowed me to help people but left me with a void of knowing the more complex energetic principals of the body. My search for understanding of the world; how it works as energy with our bodies and how I could use this to heal/help people was to become my main focus.
In 2009 I found Thai Massage (the most complex form of therapy I thought there was), so I dove straight into it. I devoured every piece of information about Thai Massage I could get my hands on. In 2013 I moved to the US to further my education but even the Thai Massage as taught in many western “ Secular” schools was not enough. I needed more, a direct connection with the source.
In 2015 I discovered Thai Yoga Center SomaVeda® College of Natural Medicine in Brooksville, FL. Directed under the supervision of Aachan Dr. Anthony B. James, one of the pioneers of Thai Yoga therapy in USA, who has been teaching classes in the US since 1984. He quickly became my Master teacher. Over a period of 2+ years I learned how to implement everything I knew plus much much more. Ayurveda and Indigenous approaches to Medicine as well as Thai Yoga therapy and Yoga lifestyle became integrated into my practice and healing methods.
I learned techniques from Northern and Southern lineages of Thai bodywork as well as principles, history, and the science behind it. It was obvious to me that Ayurveda played a huge role in what Thai Yoga and specifically SomaVeda® Traditional Thai Massage is and always was. As an Ayurvedic Lifestyle Consultant and Ayurvedic Health Counselor I learned how to approach each client individually and how to treat specific conditions using thousand years old methodologies and principles.
In 2016 I joined the N.A.I.C. (Native American Indigenous Church) and after my first sweat lodge ceremony I became a full blessed member and Authorized Lay Minister - allowing me to participate in and to hold indigenous, earth-based healing medicine, and ceremonies - Including SomaVeda Integrated Traditional Therapies® : Indigenous Traditional Thai Massage, Yoga Therapy, Ayurveda, application of oils and herbs, Meditation and Mindfulness as well as use of all natural substances derived from Mother Earth known as “5 elements.”
In 2018 I went to Thailand for an Externship Program where I took classes in Traditional Thai Massage Medical School and received many treatments personally. I traveled the country from The Northernmost of Thailand all the way to the Southern islands. I visited sacred sites, learned about the culture, Art, Traditional healing, and medicine that varies from region to region and last but not least, Buddhism.
My journey over the last 10 years was all about understanding and learning how to practically express the healing power of love and touch with others. In searching for the purpose of life, I found my “Dharma” and I am happy to share with anybody who crosses my path.
TripleGem therapeutics uses holistic -”WHOLE person” approach to deal with ailments and illnesses. So what does the concept of WHOLE - being facilitating healing to another WHOLE - being mean?
In a single session I’m likely to twist, poke, press, walk on, stretch and hack your entire body in different positions - supine, side-lying, prone, recline or seated. I’ll use my hands, elbows, knees and feet to balance your Energy lines and to bring attention, consciousness, breath and pressure to your Marma points. I’ll spin your Chakras, I’ll use my mind to expand yours. I will listen and I will ask too. I’ll open my heart to connect with yours and I’ll breathe with you! Because all that is you-being! I will lay my hands on you and ask the spirit for guidance, before we start to “dance.”
“Our body is like a suit for our soul, if you want to sense your own and unique style, come and see a tailor!”
I’m looking forward to contributing to your Well-being.

I have been seeing Jarda for three years. His massages are the best I have ever had! He listens to my physical and emotional needs and offers the best treatment for the specific need I have at the time. He is kind, knowledgeable and compassionate. He is definitely not a one size fits all massage therapist! He skills, techniques and offerings are attuned to each client. So grateful for him!

Jarda’s skills are amazing. I feel my healthier Ayurvedic lifestyle is already getting back to what it was, slowly. My sciatic hip is getting better week by week. Just watch over explaining so we don’t run out of time. Love you so much and so glad I found you!
