Steph is passionate about helping her clients achieve pain relief, optimal health and high performance. She has been teaching yoga since 2011. She’s trained in and now teaches Barre, yoga, indoor cycle, gymnastics, and belly dance. She noticed her students needed something more and decided to go to massage school. She graduated from Massage Therapy Institute of Colorado in December 2014 in a 900-hour program and specializes in Deep Tissue, Joint Range Mobility, Neuromuscular Therapy, Swedish, and Myofascial Release. She has also completed the Advanced Massage Therapy Year 2 program in September of 2017 studying joint mobilization, Chinese meridians, and the 10 series of structural integration influenced by Rolfing. She integrates all of her knowledge and passion for movement, exercise and therapy to help create effective and personalized sessions for her clients
