Hi there! My name is Erica and I am a California native. I moved to Colorado to complete a Bachelors of Science in Exercise Science and Psychology. I am a Licensed Massage Therapist with a passion for holistic health, functional medicine, and the integration of Eastern and Western medicine. My goal is to personalize each session with my clients towards their needs and goals for their individual health.

I enjoy working with different age groups and value diversity. For the past few years, I have volunteered at the National Disabled Veterans Winter Sports Clinic and look forward to opportunities that allow for giving back. I grew up playing soccer and basketball and love sports. Now, I spend a lot of my time adventuring outdoors, whether it is camping, hiking with my dog, River, or getting up into the mountains.

Erica’s new space is warm, welcoming, and incredibly peaceful; the perfect environment to fully relax the moment you walk in. Her massages are always top-notch and thoughtfully tailored to exactly what my body needs that day. She’s an intuitive therapist and a great listener, both to what I tell her and to what my body is telling her throughout the session. Erica is by far best LMT I’ve worked with because she easily applies her solid understanding of the body and causes of pain and soreness. She also suggests self help steps to help mitigate issues in the future (ie, certain yoga poses and stretches).

I highly recommend Erica for your next massage! She recently gave me an amazing massage that also included some passive stretches, hot stones, and trigger point releases. After the massage Erica even took the time to demonstrate strategies that can be completed at home for tightness.
