Hi there! My name is Erica and I am a California native. I moved to Colorado to complete a Bachelors of Science in Exercise Science and Psychology. I am a Licensed Massage Therapist with a passion for holistic health, functional medicine, and the integration of Eastern and Western medicine. My goal is to personalize each session with my clients towards their needs and goals for their individual health.

I enjoy working with different age groups and value diversity. For the past few years, I have volunteered at the National Disabled Veterans Winter Sports Clinic and look forward to opportunities that allow for giving back. I grew up playing soccer and basketball and love sports. Now, I spend a lot of my time adventuring outdoors, whether it is camping, hiking with my dog, River, or getting up into the mountains.

Erica was amazing! I had been having some lower back pain and issues and she was a miracle worker! She talked through my issues and I could tell she really knew what she was doing with relieving the muscles and approaching the body as a whole to address the pain. I felt immediate relief and left feeling like a whole new person. I will definitely be booking again.
