Originally from Pittsburgh, PA, I moved to Denver in May '23 with a passion for adventure. Regularly, I escape to the mountains to gain clarity, breathe in the freshest air, appreciate the beauty of nature, and take a dip in an alpine lake nestled in among the mountains! Colorado has been good to me, and I'm happy to call Denver home.

I've been practicing massage beginning in 2024 after receiving my eduction from Denver Integrative Massage School. I've always been curious about massage, especially when used for sports recovery. An athlete myself, I have a learned intuition and awareness about the human body as it relates to alleviating sore muscles. My teachers at DIMS honed my skills and taught me the intricacies of deep tissue massage techniques and how to integrate many massage techniques into a sequence tailored to a client's goals.
