In 2014, Aubrey became a student at the Colorado School of Healing Arts, and graduated in 2016 with an AOS Degree in Massage Therapy. She then continued her education, receiving advanced certifications in Neuromuscular Therapy, Sports Massage, Crainal Sacral, Lymphatic Drainage, Reflexology, Cupping, 4 levels of Ashiatsu, Sarga & Ashi Thai. Aubrey’s wide array of modalities allows her to creatively & intuitively mold every session to each individual's unique therapeutic needs. Over the years Aubrey has witnessed her clients recover from chronic pain, limited range of motion, carpal tunnel, TMJD, Jaw clenching, constant back, neck, hip, knee, and elbow pain, forms of migraines and other ailments through a combination of massage, strengthening, and stretching. Aubrey is down to earth and easy going, with a compassionate heart and a deep passion for healing the body through touch and using food as medicine. She will forever be continuing her education in different forms of massage and healing modalities, as she has a true passion and insatiable hunger for this knowledge. She truly values the long term client/therapist relationships that naturally come with this work and strives every day to meet the needs of her clients through devoted, intentional touch and focus.
