Alison grew up in Connecticut and graduated from Springfield College in Massachusetts with a degree in Business Management.  She then went on to attend The Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy, and graduated in 2008. She is Nationally Certified and a member of the American Massage Therapy Association.

 

Alison found her passion through bodywork; her touch combines several different modalities, providing a massage that is therapeutic, nurturing, and extremely relaxing. She uses techniques in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Sports Massage, Reflexology and also incorporates Reiki, the practice of energy healing. Alison has developed a style that is unique and effective. With a sense of adventure and an interest in traveling, she has practiced Massage Therapy in Connecticut, California, Arizona and Colorado, and she truly enjoys working with others to achieve their wellness goals.
