Hello! I am currently a Colorado State Licensed Massage Therapist (MT.0020674), Insured through the ABMP. I've been in practice since 2017, and have experience ranging from the traditional spa to acute injury recovery support in a chiropractic setting. I love a challenge, and my best work shines in addressing subclinical injury and pain - subclinical means something which is injured or otherwise painful but isn't 'important' enough for a doctor, or 'serious' enough for you to elect surgery or pain medication at this time. Massage Therapy is a lot more diverse and useful than soft music and someone rubbing scented lotion on you (which isn't my specialty). Most of my clients receive service in regular exercise attire, and sessions are often full of music, chatter, or education on how to take care of your body as you seek to live a better life.
