I have worked the range from spas to chiropractic and physical therapy offices, and found my passion in practical massage which addresses issues such as post-surgery muscle tension and supporting recovery after incidents such as car accidents. I specialize in structural integration and sports massage, but regularly provide service for TMJ and lymphatic drainage as well.

Jess is AMAZING! I fell and I could barely turn my head from the tension. She found the root of the tension in my neck and was able to release the spasm. Then when she was done, she gave me a stretching exercise to continue to help my problem. I only wish I lived closer to Denver!! I live in Florida. I’m lucky I found her!

I have lived with significant pain issues related to neck and back injuries since 1980. It is a complex interaction of neurological and physiological factors. Jess is extremely skilled at finding and breaking the feedback cycle that can increase the pain to intolerable levels. She has honed her skill and knowledge to a level I have found in no other massage therapist!
