The wonderment of others have inspired my love of practicing bodywork and massage as a

Each individual can benefit from massage in so many unique ways, for instance: relax for well-being, integrate the body’s wisdom, restore one’s self from
injury or overuse, engage in meaningful activities more freely, reflect upon
life’s happenings and relations, or simply attune to one’s essence.
My favorite modalities include myofascial release, craniosacral
therapy, and foot reflexology. I'm available at Shambhala Wellness and on site for chair or table
massage.
