Massage in the hands and feet that true help the body from the inside out. There are points in the hands and feel that represent the vital organs and bones in the body. This can help with constipation, sinus problems, and joints.

For relaxing and to unwind from a busy life.

Trigger Point Therapy

A Trigger point in a build up of lactic acid in the muscle that forms what feels like a hard knot in the muscle. This can be deep work depending on how tender it is to each person and once released can leave you a touch sore the next but this is normal because the muscle is going back to its original state.

A little disappointed with Megan. She was running roughly 15 min late which I understand. However, I paid for 60 minutes and added on scalp massage. My entire massage was 60 minutes as I checked my phone for the time when she completed So I was either shorted on my scalp or my massage
