I have also been certified in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Reflexology, NMT (Neuromuscular therapy), Spa techniques (i.e. sugar foot scrubs). I am working on getting my certification in Prenatal and others.

For when you need a 5-15 min massage for a quick pick me up. Chair massage is meant to get get the blood flow going a give you a boost of energy. best to do during a lunch break or before you go home.

Trigger Point Therapy

A Trigger point in a build up of lactic acid in the muscle that forms what feels like a hard knot in the muscle. This can be deep work depending on how tender it is to each person and once released can leave you a touch sore the next but this is normal because the muscle is going back to its original state.
