When an exercise does not work well with my physical limitations, Leandra is able to quickly modify the exercise to be more comfortable but still beneficial.

Leandra is knowledgeable and a good communicator. The massage therapy was strong and pinpointed to exactly where it was needed. She was able to unlock areas that I have neglected for years. And the physical training helped a lot just in one session my mobility and range improved and I have a new hope that continued therapy will get my body back to where it should be. Thank you!

Her knowledge & skill are above the standard. It’s hard to find someone who can help me. Easy, feel good massage does not work for me. Leandra is amazing! She can pinpoint the issues & gets me to a much better place every time!
