I am a National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer (NASM-CPT) in 2024.  I am also a Stretch and Flexibility Coach (SFC) to further help the needs of my clients with management of their specific movement issues.

I am available to assist you with a relaxing massage utilizing Swedish techniques and/or therapeutic massage with trigger...
