I have been a Massage Therapist for 8 years.  I started out my practice in the Chiropractic setting, primarily working with car accident injuries, sports injury/therapy, overall pain and stress reduction.  I have had a broad range of clients from 94 years of age to High School athletes.   I have worked with the Crystal River High School football team, as well as a few Major League Baseball players.  I focus my techniques on the following (deep tissue, trigger point therapy, stretching, oscillation techniques, rhythmic articulation,active/passive range of motion, muscle energy techniques, contract/relax, active oscillation/functional stretching, myofascial release, and heat/cold modalities).  Every client is unique with different needs and different goals.  I am here to help you accomplish them!


Growing up I was very active in sports for over 13 years playing soccer, basketball, volleyball.  At a young age I myself came across injuries, and recall getting massage therapy.  From sports injuries to being diagnosed with Bell's Palsy at 21, massage therapy absolutely helped my injuries.  Massage therapy helped me regain my muscle strength that was needed to function certain tasks.  It was then that I decided to enroll in the Massage Therapy program at Withlacoochee Technical Institute in Inverness, Florida.  It was one of the best decisions of my life.  My instructor has been the best teacher I have ever come across.  Every 2 years I complete my 24 hours of continuing education with my instructor (Jeffery B. Wood LMT, COTA/L, B.S.)

I love helping people.  The best part of being a massage therapist is the reward that comes with it.  I strive on results!  It is amazing to see a client come in that at first cannot lift an arm, or turn their head and within a few sessions have their range of motion back or to normal limits. 

I am a true believer in massage.  I am such a believer that I even practice massage on my retired Greyhound racers (one of which had a shoulder tear in a race)  Their response to it is just as a human.  Their reaction and progress are remarkable.  It makes me happy that I can help my boys from past injuries and give their muscles some relaxation.

My goals as a massage therapist is to always be learning from new clients, and keeping their well being my main focus.  I love hearing from patients the positive results they get from my sessions, it is my motivation to keep helping people 1 client at a time.
