Listen with the intent to understand, not to respond.

I am experience and skillfully trained in a variety of modalities and techniques that I use in my bodywork sessions.  I have been massage practitioner since 2006 and Adult Health Service Teacher at Francis Tuttle Technology Center since 2014.  My goal is to help clients relax, gain balance, and find peace in their lives by using different massage techniques that best fit their needs. Keeping them healthy, active, and mobile.

Charissa was an excellent masseuse. As always. She has an expert sense of the body and knows how to find trouble spots you didn’t know you had.

I appreciate how Charissa worked all the muscles in my neck and shoulders. She worked on the knot on my right upper back and although it’s sore now, I feel like it is loose and I have better mobility.
