Carrie Radzik, therapist and owner, was born and raised in Defiance, Ohio. She obtained her four-year degree in Sports Medicine and Wellness from Defiance College in Ohio in 2003. She has since been nationally certified by the N.A.T.A. and Licensed by the Athletic Trainers State Medical Board of Ohio. Carrie Radzik, therapist and owner, was born and raised in Defiance, Ohio. She obtained her four-year degree in Sports Medicine and Wellness from Defiance College in Ohio in 2003. She has since been nationally certified by the N.A.T.A. and Licensed by the Athletic Trainers State Medical Board of Ohio. Following these accomplishments, Carrie trained and studied at the Northwest Academy of Massotherapy in Maumee, Ohio and graduated in the fall of 2004. She has been licensed by the Ohio State Medical Board since December 2004.


Carrie became certified as a Neuromuscular Therapist and in 2011 became a Neuromuscular Educator of Somatic Release in Clinical Massage, and provided continuing education to the Tri-state area. Carrie has had the privilege of speaking and providing classes at the Regional AMTA conferences. 

As a continuing educator and business owner, she has had the opportunity to teach and empower other therapists to elevate their skills while providing the best results possible for those they service.

Through her career and personal experiences, she has found enjoyment in encouraging and supporting others through faith, self-care and wellness empowerment. Carrie is grateful for the clients she has serviced over the years and credits her success to faith, hard work and continued support from those she loves.

Outside of her career she enjoys spending time with her husband and 3 children. Her passion also lies in advocacy for Autism and special needs. She is an active member of the school board for New Horizons Academy and her church Bethlehem Lutheran in Okalona.
