I graduated from Lakeside School of Massage Therapy in April of 2004. After gaining experience in a variety of spa settings, I joined Massage Envy in August 2008 where I have been helping clients on their wellness journeys.

I would describe my work as "therapeutic relaxation". It is a relaxing massage with some focused time on areas that are of concern to the client. I especially enjoy working with clients who suffer from headaches. There are so many techniques we can try in a massage session...

I especially enjoy working with clients who suffer from headaches. There are so many techniques we can try in a massage session to bring relief to the client. Every body is different, and I enjoy customizing each session to best meet the clients needs.

In my spare time I enjoy quilting and spending time with my family. I am also an active member of St. Paul Lutheran Church here in Lake Mills where I sing in the choir and serve as secretary for our ladies group.

I am excited to be starting my new job here in Lake Mills and am looking forward to meeting you all!
