My interest into massage therapy began when I was 15 years old. My mom was diagnosed with cancer, and the massage therapist she was seeing for pain management taught me what I could do for her, and as soon as I graduated high school, I headed to the Asten Center of Natural Therapeutics to begin my formal training. My mom passed away three months later, but I finished my classes and graduated in the fall of 2002. Since then, I have been practicing and perfecting my art and skill.

I am currently licensed by the state of Montana, am a member in good standing with the Association of Bodywork and Massage Professionals, and hold certifications in Swedish, deep tissue, reflexology, infant massage, trigger point therapy, polarity therapy, hydrotherapy, sports massage, joint articulation, lypossage, prenatal massage, hot stone, hot bamboo, fibromyalgia treatments and Ashiatsu oriental bar therapy. I also have a strong working knowledge of essential oils and am a wellness advocate and TerraFit Coach.

With 18 years experience (13 of them professional), I have had my hands on thousands of people from all walks of life. Given the extent of my knowledge and experience, I am able to provide each client with a custom massage, based on what each person needs at that time. No two massages are the same, but the results speak for themselves.
