I have been going to Suzette for several years on a regular monthly basis. She is very knowledgeable regarding various massage techniques and anatomy, i.e. she knows how to find the areas that need work and relieve tension. I always leave feeling better, however, the next day is when I can tell I've had a really great massage. I can highly recommend Suzette!

Suzette gives an amazing massage. Her skill at finding tension and massaging the tightness away is send to none. As an older adult, my muscles and joints have lost flexibility and tone, and Suzette recognizes this and adjusts to my specific needs. Her taste in music is really good; heard some Little Feat for the first time in a long time.

Suzette Gray is highly skilled and was able to relieve much of the tension and the knots in my back that have been issues for years. The massage mainly focused on my "problem areas" (my back, my neck, and my upper legs) and the relief I felt the following day was exceptional. As a beginning bodybuilder, it is important for a massage to be rigorous, so my muscles are able to heal and so the range of motion in tight muscles increases - leading to better performance at the gym. Suzette knew the exact amount of pressure needed to relieve much of the tightness within my muscles - resulting in me feeling great and ready to hit the gym again with renewed vigor! I highly recommend Suzette Gray's services - she is an outstanding massage therapist. I look forward to booking another session with her again soon.
