The key to wellness lies within

"Beginning my massage career in 2009, I've always wanted to work therapeutically.  I sought out chiropractors as natural and supportive bodyworkers, because I knew that what we could accomplish working together with clients creates an end result that was more than the sum of its parts.  There was a powerful synergy.  In the earliest parts of my career I spent my time cataloging the types of most common and severe injuries, and, using my background in multiple massage disciplines, I discovered...

"Beginning my massage career in 2009, I've always wanted to work therapeutically.  I sought out chiropractors as natural and supportive bodyworkers, because I knew that what we could accomplish working together with clients creates an end result that was more than the sum of its parts.  There was a powerful synergy.  In the earliest parts of my career I spent my time cataloging the types of most common and severe injuries, and, using my background in multiple massage disciplines, I discovered that integrative massage with a focus on postural alignment through myofascial release presented the greatest improvements with my clientele across the board.  With the knowledge that the power was always truly in the client's hands, I created an educational approach to the body, which I utilized in my sessions.  Together, we learned how the body moves, how it best focused and how to avoid injury, as well as, to repair ourselves from within to without.  Using these same techniques, a system of stretches and exercises have been and continue to be developed to allow optimum range of motion and strength in the body.

Now in a period of business growth, we are taking the results of the past years to begin mentoring and training the next wave of bodyworkers.  Empathetic, educational and compassionate, these young practitioners must be empowered in their skills of observation, deduction and manual capabilities in order to create the lasting effects and myriad positive changes that is the hallmark of the Full Compass Massage technique.

We hope you find the path to wellness that best suites your individual needs, and we are proud to be of service in this capacity.
Let us help you to find your best, freest and most empowered self.

Be well,
