My journey to Massage Therapy first began after completion of my Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Troy State Univeristy of Montgomery in 2003. My immediate plan was to then pursue my Master's degree to go on to become a licensed counselor; however, dealing with some of my own personal health issues led me down a different path. I had been referred to a licensed massage therapist in order to seek out some relief, and it was during this time that I began to feel that maybe I could help others in a more overall holistic way-physically, emotionally, and mentally-instead of just sitting and listening to their problems day in and day out. So in 2004, I enrolled at The Montgomery School of Massage Therapy where I completed 760 hours of training in order to become a fully licensed massage therapist. I began full time massage therapy work in March of 2005 and ran my own successful business from then until December of 2015. I took some much needed and rewarding time off during 2016 to spend with my family before my children started school full time, and since September of 2017 have been blessed to be back in the field of my calling by being a part of the Bodyworks by RaVonda team. My specialities of massage include but are not limited to therapeutic, orthopedic, pregnancy, sports, hot stone, deep tissue, craniosacral and lymphatic drainage massage in order to receive relief from not only the common neck, back and shoulder pain, but also the chronic overall body pain often associated with disorders such as arthritis, fibromyalgia, and cancer. I look forward to developing an individualized professional session in order to help you reach your desired therapeutic results.

Terah is always amazing; a true healer. The massage experience is totally relaxing and soothing to both mind and body, but she has the skills to get rid of the aches and pains as well. You will not be disappointed.

Her calmness, professionalism, her caring. I was having such an emotional day when I arrived. She listened, and knew immediately what I needed. As she was working with me, my thought the first thing was “I am feeling the touch of Jesus through Terah.”

I have been seeing Terah for 10 years now, and she is an angel! She is always professional, but also so loving and genuine! I always have a peace when I am there, and she is the reason I feel well enough to go on!

Terah was great. My joints are sensitive and massages usually hurt, but Terah was perfect and never once went above my comfort level.
