My name is Katrina Aldridge, founder and director of Sianna Muscles in Motion.  I am a nationally licensed and certified massage therapist, and educator who specializes in all phases of massage therapy including care for Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) and Spinal Cord Injury (SCI) and chronic pain disorders.   After 20+ years in business, my mission has always been to provide the best massage in the industry.  Over the years; I've traveled the country for specialized training - acquiring a toolbox of skills and techniques to assist me in accomplishing my goal.  As I learned, I shared my skills with others as a certified massage therapy instructor.  

I enjoy reading, continuing my education and spending time with my family.  Some of my personal goals are to expand my ministry and enhance my relationship with my God, Jehovah.

When I came into the Spa, I was stewed our, my muscles were tight, and I was in a lot of pain. I really appreciate how Katrina was able to utilize her years of professional experience coupled with her calming spirit to not only alleviate my stress, pain, and discomfort; but by the time she was done, I was in a peaceful state; and I left with a total sense of soundness and well-being: spiritually, mentally, and physically.
