I knew that I was meant to be a massage therapist from the very first day of massage school. I had previously attended an university for 3 years studying business and Spanish but never felt like that was what I wanted to do as a career for the rest of my life. I didn't want to sit behind a desk or teach a class so I knew I had to make a change. The first day at Northwest Academy for the Healing Arts I knew that being a bodyworker was the career path I was meant for. I felt such enthusiasm and eagerness to learn.

I currently own my massage practice, Align Massage Therapy, in Dayton, Washington. My space is located inside the Main Street Salon.

I specialize in deep tissue massage with integrated techniques such as myofascial and cupping therapy. Most of my clients come see me for chronic pain and past/present injuries. I have experience successfully treating symptoms of frozen shoulder, carpal tunnel, whiplash, rotator cuff injuries, etc.

My favorite hobbies are running, hiking, soccer, watching football, camping, and enjoying the company of great friends.
