Hi there! My name is Heather Williams, and I am a massage therapist with a passion for holistic health. I was born and raised in Oklahoma, but I've called Florida my home since 2006.

I discovered my love for massage therapy while living in Florida, and I've been practicing for over 11 years now. I graduated from Keiser University in Daytona Beach in 2012, and I specialize in medical neck and shoulder massage. I'm particularly interested in helping clients find relief from headaches and migraines, as I've struggled with them myself since childhood. There's nothing more rewarding to me than helping my clients feel better and relax.

My long-term goal is to own my own spa, where I can provide a wide range of holistic health services. I believe in taking care of the whole person, not just treating symptoms. My passion for holistic health extends beyond my work; I enjoy weight lifting and yoga to keep my body healthy, and painting and playing video games to keep my mind sharp.

In my personal life, I have a special place in my heart for women's health. I've struggled with PCOS and infertility, and I know how challenging these issues can be. If you're dealing with similar issues, I'm here to listen and support you in any way I can.

I met my husband, Henry Williams, while living in Alabama for a few years, where we both worked for Honda Manufacturing building cars. We got married in 2019, and he's been my biggest supporter in both my personal and professional life.
